For accurate measurements, always keep the tape measure parallel to the ground when taking horizontal measurements.

• Chest – Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, passing under your armpits and over your shoulder blades, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit.
• Waist – Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape level and not too tight.
• Hips – Start at one hip, then bring the tape across the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, making sure it stays parallel to the ground.
