Where are you located?

Our home base is in the beautiful town of Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. However, we partner with fulfillment centers located worldwide to ensure faster delivery and lower shipping costs for our customers, no matter where you are!

Where are your products made?

All Salinity Swimwear pieces are made to order through our trusted production partners. Every order is matched to the closest fulfillment center to you to help reduce waste and shipping distance. For U.S. orders, most items are made and shipped from California. For European orders, they’re produced and shipped from Latvia.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.

How do I apply my discount code?

You can enter your discount code at checkout. Be sure to double-check that it’s applied before finalizing your purchase.

Do you offer gift cards?

Absolutely! We offer digital gift cards that you can purchase here. Each gift card comes with a unique code, which the recipient can use at checkout to apply the gift card value to their order. After purchase, you'll receive an email with the code. Our gift cards are nonrefundable and never expire. Thank you for sharing the love!

Does Salinity Swimwear offer sun protection?

Yes, Salinity Swimwear provides excellent sun protection! Many of our products feature UPF 50+ fabric, which is tested by third parties to ensure superior protection from harmful UVA and UVB rays. This rating is the highest achievable and means that our garments offer "excellent" sun protection. The UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) rating is like SPF (Sun Protection Factor) for fabrics, ensuring your skin stays protected even during long days in the sun. Rest assured, the sun protection built into our fabrics won’t wash out over time, so you can stay safe and stylish in any adventure.

Shipping, Delivery & Orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Will international orders have to pay additional duties and taxes?

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not controlled or collected by us and may be due at delivery (or after). Most orders ship from California or Latvia, but certain items like the windbreakers ship from China, which may affect the duties charged depending on your country. If you have specific questions about where your items are being made or shipped from, feel free to email us anytime.



How do you package orders for shipping?

Our apparel products are shipped in post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic mailers, giving new life to materials like used plastic bags and bottles.

Do all items ship together?

We do our best to route your order so it can ship from one location. However, not all items are made in the same place, so sometimes your order may arrive in multiple packages from different fulfillment centers. You’ll get tracking for each shipment, and if you have specific questions about where your items are being made or shipped from, please email us.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each item is custom-made just for you! Fulfillment takes 3–7 business days, and shipping time will depend on your location. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, while also reducing overproduction.

Do you offer express shipping?

Our shipping options are limited to what’s available at checkout. If express shipping is offered for your location, it will appear as an option during checkout.

Can you expedite my order?

All of our items are made to order, so we’re not able to speed up production or shipping. The best option is to choose the fastest shipping method at checkout and plan well ahead if you need your gear for a dive trip or special event.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for you to follow your order right to your door.

What is the return policy?

We want you to feel confident and amazing in your swimwear! Since each piece is made to order, we don’t accept traditional returns however if your item doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer a size exchange or a switch to a different style. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll always make it right with a replacement or refund.

How do I make an exchange?

If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Check eligibility – Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  2. Contact us – Email us at info@salinityswimwear.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to exchange, and the size/style you’d like instead.
  3. Send it back – Ship your item to:

  4. Share tracking – Send us the return tracking number so we can follow it.
  5. We’ll send your replacement – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship out your new item(s).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we cover the cost of sending your replacement back to you 💙

What if an order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that you got in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.

What if my order shows as delivered but I can’t find it?

Once an order is marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking around your property (sometimes carriers leave packages in hidden spots like behind planters, garages, or fences) and asking neighbors if they may have received it by mistake. If you still can’t locate it, please reach out directly to your local postal service, as they can provide details on where the package was left.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Uh oh — looks like something slipped through quality control. We guarantee our products for 30 days from delivery for any issues we may have missed, such as loose threading or defects that can occasionally happen during the made-to-order process. Please email us with photos of the issue and your order number, and we’ll either ship you a replacement or issue a refund.



Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We begin fulfilling orders as quickly as possible, so if you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. While we can’t guarantee changes after that time, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We’ll discuss your vision, provide pricing details, and guide you through the process. What sizes do you offer?

We proudly offer inclusive sizes from XXS to 6XL in our swimwear. Availability does vary by style, so not every design comes in the full size range. Please check the size options listed on each product page for details.

What size should I order?

Our cuts are designed for the best fit, but sizes may vary slightly by style. Please check the product size chart for exact measurements and best fit details. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we’re always happy to help with sizing advice.

How do I measure myself?

Our size guide is based on body measurements (not garment measurements). For best results, use a soft, flexible measuring tape (the kind used for sewing, not a stiff construction tape). Wrap it comfortably around your body, it should be snug but not tight, and always kept level and parallel to the ground. If you don’t have a soft tape measure, you can use a piece of string and then measure the string against a ruler.

  • Chest (A): Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape under your armpits and across your shoulder blades.
  • Waist (B): Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
  • Hips (C): Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

How do I care for my swimwear?

To keep your swimwear looking fresh and vibrant, we recommend hand washing in cold water and laying it flat to dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and high heat, as they may damage the fabric's quality and color. Rinsing after each use is also a great way to prolong the life of your swimwear!

What is recycled polyester?

Recycled polyester is a sustainable fabric made from post-consumer plastic bottles and other discarded polyester products. By repurposing these materials, we reduce waste and lower the environmental impact compared to producing new polyester from raw materials. It helps conserve resources and minimizes landfill waste.

How is recycled polyester made?

Recycled polyester is created by collecting plastic waste, cleaning it, and then shredding it into small flakes. These flakes are melted down and spun into yarn, which is then woven or knitted into fabric. This process not only reuses existing materials but also requires less energy than producing virgin polyester.

What is organic cotton?

Organic cotton is cotton grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Instead, it relies on natural methods to maintain soil fertility and control pests. This approach helps reduce environmental impact, promotes biodiversity, and ensures that the cotton is grown in a more sustainable manner.

How does using organic cotton benefit the environment?

Using organic cotton supports sustainable farming practices, which help conserve water, improve soil health, and reduce pollution from harmful chemicals. Organic cotton farming also promotes better working conditions for farmers and reduces the overall environmental footprint of cotton production.

Are all your materials eco-friendly?

Not all of our products are currently made from eco-friendly materials, but we’re actively working to change that. We prioritize sustainability and are gradually transitioning more of our products to eco-friendly options like recycled polyester and organic fabrics. Our commitment is to reduce our environmental impact while providing high-quality, ocean-inspired swimwear and apparel that you can feel good about wearing.

Is this clothing meant just for the water?

Not at all! While our gear is specially designed for water activities like SCUBA diving, surfing, and kiting, it's also perfect for dry activities. Whether you’re working out, doing hot yoga, hiking, or just lounging around, our clothing offers comfort and functionality for all your adventures—both in and out of the water.

Do I need to wear something under my leggings or shorts?

It’s completely up to you! Our leggings and shorts are designed to be versatile, so you can choose to wear them with or without additional layers. Many of our customers wear them with underwear or bikini bottoms underneath, while others go without. Rest assured, the fabric is 100% opaque, and moisture-wicking, ensuring you stay comfortable and confident regardless of your choice. Wear what feels best for you and enjoy your adventures!
