Due to our products being made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or size exchanges unless there is an issue with the item (e.g., defect or damage), in which case we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund. If your order is returned due to a delivery error, we can reship it.

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Each item is custom-made just for you! Fulfillment takes 2–5 business days, and shipping time will depend on your location. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, while also reducing overproduction.

Yes! Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that you got in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.

We begin fulfilling orders as quickly as possible, so if you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. While we can’t guarantee changes after that time, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

The UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) rating is like SPF (Sun Protection Factor) for fabrics, ensuring your skin stays protected even during long days in the sun.
